Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

No. Both Mat and Reformer Pilates classes are suitable for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through the movements and offer adjustments according to your experience and individual needs.

Are Mat and Reformer Pilates included in the same package?

No. Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates have separate packages because Reformer classes use specialised equipment and are limited to two students.

How do semi-private Reformer classes work?

Each semi-private Reformer class is limited to a maximum of two students, allowing for more individual guidance while still sharing the session with another person. Prices are per person.

Can I book a fully private Reformer session?

Yes. Private Reformer sessions are available for one person at $45. The session is personalised according to your experience, body and individual goals.

How long are the packages valid?

The Mat Pilates Monthly Unlimited package is valid for 30 consecutive days. Mat and Reformer 5-Class Packs are valid for two months from the date of the first class.

What happens if I need to cancel a class?

You may reschedule your class with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations and missed classes will be deducted from your package.
